Sept. 18th

Decided that we needed a little get away time, so we went to Asheville for the day.  A friend of our's recommended going by the Grove Park Inn.  This historic inn is huge and amazing!  It's 100 years old and built in the side of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  It has 510 guest rooms.

Relaxing!

Having lunch in downtown Asheville in the Grove Arcade section of town.  This restaurant serves New Orleans type foods and they were delicious.

Yummy Sangria!

A group of guys having a jam session on one of the streets--banjos, guitars, jugs, string bass, tuba and a fun time watching them perform.
