August 30th

Woke up this morning to see this flock of wild turkeys in Sara & Bill's side yard.  Apparently they wander by every morning and afternoon.

Turkeys crossing the road in front of Sara & Bill's.

Waiting to take the train to the North Station in Boston.  One of my favorite things to do here; the train drives through little towns along the way; very scenic.

The North End train station departs at The Garden where the Bruins/Celtics play.

Any one recognize this bridge?

Destination--Feast of Santa Lucia in the North End of Boston.

Ahhh, the smell of grilled sausage, peppers and onions!

Choosing cannolis (?) at  the famous Mike's Bakery.

So many choices!!!

Lunch, a very delicious one, at Antico Forno!!!

Hard to see, but there's a little guy playing a violin.  He started at age 4 and is now 8, playing very well.

Waiting for the subway to ride to the ICA Museum .

Lots of interesting art exhibits in here.

Views from the ICA Museum.

For David, and his love of boats.
